Group Memberships

Renewal or New Membership for Groups

The OAP is offering a discounted membership rate for those who sign up and pay membership fees as a group. Although submitted as a group, membership will be assigned to the individuals.

Requirements

  • Payment by one cheque
  • Completion of Group Membership form listing individual names and contact information of those included in the group.
  • Tax receipt will be issued to the cheque issuer

Eligibility

  • One Group sign up per organization and/or location each year.

Conditions

  • Membership year is January 1 to December 31.
  • Discounted rate applies to one group sign up per year from each organization and/or location.
  • If an individual member leaves the organization, their membership continues to the end of the calendar year and is not transferable.
  • Members of the organization who sign up at a later date are not eligible for discounted rate. These individuals can sign up as a member of the group the following year.
