A Message Regarding the OAP 86th Annual Conference
Good day!
The OAP 86th Annual Conference is eagerly preparing for you participation and we wanted to share some additional information with our sponsors & exhibitors.
The Waring house Restaurant and Inn venue has several buildings all within a few steps of each other, the exhibit hall will be at the pub building in the Prince-Edward & Amelia’s Garden room.

This hotel is not supported by a show company. All set up and tear down needs to be arranged by the exhibiting company. This would include setting up a prefabricated booth as opposed to the representatives setting up the booth themselves. Please find attached the exhibitor information letter where further details & shipping information are outlined for our exhibitors.

Let us know if you require additional furniture or equipment. We will work with Waring House to accommodate your needs. The Waring House is not a traditional conference centre therefore we are to be creative in delivering this experience.

- Register representatives- kindly advise us of the names, titles and emails of your representatives by responding to this email by August 26th, 2024
- Additional exhibit badges are available for $200+tax
- Book your accommodations, Please book your hotel stay by calling the Waring House Reservations desk and requesting the OAP Conference Block: (613) 476-749 ext. 1.
