Did you know that your choice of hotel for the OAP Annual Meeting has a direct impact on the association? In order to secure sufficient meeting space for the conference we must guarantee a minimum number of bedroom bookings by our delegates. Although we understand that making your reservations outside of the OAP block can sometimes be more economical, it may cause the association to have to pay a penalty for unbooked rooms within the contracted room block, which over time will result in higher conference registration fees. Please assist the OAP by making your hotel reservation in the official conference block at Nottawasaga Resort & Conference Centre.
A block of guestrooms has been reserved at Nottawasaga Resort & Conference Centre. Alliston, ON. All participants in the conference are required to make their own accommodation arrangements directly with the hotel. Please indicate “Ontario Association of Pathologists” when reserving your room. If there are any remaining unbooked rooms on August 5, 2019, they will be released for general sale and the special conference rate will not be available after that time.
All reservations must be made directly through the Group Reservations Department. Reservations will only be accepted at time of booking with a credit card. Individual rooms cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be charged the bedroom rate only. “No Shows” will be charged the full American Plan rate for the first night and the bedroom rate only for each remaining night. You will be charged for all meals not taken or bedrooms not utilized that are not cancelled in a manner pursuant to the terms of this agreement
