All participants must register through the online registration form.
Cancellations: Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Conference Secretariat info@ontariopathologists.org on or before August 1 in order for registration fees to be refunded. If you have been invoiced but not paid the fees, you are still liable to pay the cancellation charges below:
- On or before August 1 the registration fee less $50.00 CAD will be refunded.
- No refunds on or after August 2.
Special Access and Food Requirements: Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the delegate’s responsibility. Special dietary requirements can only be accommodated (if possible to arrange) through advance registration.
