Cancellations: Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Conference Secretariat info@ontariopathologists.org on or before August 18, 2017 in order for registration fees to be refunded. If you have been invoiced but not paid the fees, you are still liable to pay the cancellation charges below:

  • On or before August 18, 2017 the registration fee less $50.00 CAD will be refunded.
  • No refunds on or after August 18, 2017.

Special Access and Food Requirements: Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the delegate’s responsibility. Special dietary requirements can only be accommodated (if possible to arrange) through advance registration.
