Did you know that your choice of hotel for the OAP Annual Meeting has a direct impact on the association? In order to secure sufficient meeting space for the conference we must guarantee a minimum number of bedroom bookings by our delegates. Although we understand that making your reservations outside of the OAP block can sometimes be more economical, it may cause the association to have to pay a penalty for unbooked rooms within the contracted room block, which over time will result in higher conference registration fees. Please assist the OAP by making your hotel reservation in the official conference block at Deerhurst Resort.
Reservations:
A block of guestrooms has been reserved at Deerhurst Resort. All participants in the conference are required to make their own accommodation arrangements directly with the hotel. Please indicate “Ontario Association of Pathologists” when reserving your room. If there are any remaining unbooked rooms on Tuesday, August 15, 2017, they will be released for general sale and the special conference rate will not be available after that time.
OAP Conference rates start at $189 for the Pavillion Guestrooms. There are also one bedroom suites available for $229. Reserve early to avoid disappointment.
